I've been using ReSharper since ReSharper 2.0 when there was no Visual Studio layout. So I didn't have a choice. I know of only one true ReSharper Jedi who uses the VS layout - Ilya (JetBrains). For example ctrl-N is "new file" for me where it is "open class" for you. ctrl-T is my "open class" help?
