@fdfsdf – The image above was originally posted at Microsoft.com, not my personal blog. It was not doctored or altered by me. The title itself was a joke in that Microsoft’s image of VS2010 was actually of VS2008 with ReSharper installed. Yes, I’m a big fan of ReSharper, but I don’t see how that has any relevance other than why I would point out the amusing image on Microsoft.com.

It’s a big deal that the developer who provided the screenshots had a personal license of Resharper?

Almost all developers I know have a personal copy of it! So it’s not “according to Microsoft itself” is all I’m saying.

Jetbrains is probably giggling. I was introduced to Resharper just last year ago (a late blooomer I know) and now I can’t remember what I did before. Every time I reach for my mouse now I (try) to have an alergic reaction. My team tends to generally avoid non-Microsoft technologies unless you can give them an overwhelming demonstration on the value but they’re coming around. This post will only help.

As of 4:27pm Pacific time, it has been changed. Now it has a different box inside, they’ve removed the reflection below (too difficult to pull off correctly) and it STILL SAYS "Resharper – Options" on the dialog box title!
